For those that want the guidance of personal training but not on a one-on-one basis, our NEW GRIT group training sessions are perfect. Our ACCELERATE rolling membership allows FULL access to our Gym, Studio, HYROX & GRIT training sessions to fully allow you to progress your fitness levels. Led by our experienced coaches they are committed to bringing their knowledge, skills and motivation to all their sessions.
If a more personalised training sessions appeal to you, our Personal Trainers are available on a 1-2-1 basis to motivate, guide and help you achieve your goals.
On The Limit also provides a creative and effective studio timetable with daily classes such as, Indoor Cycling (RIDE), PUMP, Core & Strength classes, Circuits, Vinyassa Yoga, Dynamic Pilates plus many more!
